The intellectual abilities of these masses can be judged by the idiocy of their comments - but that's just par for YouTube. They apparently find the visual aspect amusing, as the 'patient' submitting himself to such traditional Javanese stimulation of blood circulation is festooned with buffalo horns, making him look something like a Stegosaurus. What's interesting is how this type of acupressure, in various forms, is found in many countries around the globe.
