In December 1978, seventy-five representatives of the exiled Cuban community in the U.S. traveled to Cuba and met with Fidel Castro. At the dialogue, 3 points were agreed upon: to free political prisoners in Cuban jails, to allow exiles to travel home, and to work towards the permanent reunification of separated families. This tape captures the events that follow this historical meeting.
