  • THE FLOW OF APPEARANCES - This, a narrative fiction that emphasizes that we live in a connotative culture, and that we think pre-determined and received metaphors. Only by conscious effort, are we able to put a portion of our world-view into denotative terms. This dilemma is shown in the tape through the passivity of the characters as they attempt to struggle to action. By their actions, and affected by the language of various media, for example television, film, literature, magazines, and advertisements. This is shown by images which are revealed as metaphors and motifs, that are somewhat fetishized. (English and Italian)
