I - + - A three channel installation continuing Rosenfeld s use of the + sign to indicate disruption of social and political order. The first monitor, (1), is a news broadcast of the landing of a private plane in Red Square, Moscow, on October 4, 1987, appropriated from Chile s state TV channel. The second monitor, (-), shows fragments of Rosenfeld s past performances. The third monitor, (+), shows intercrossing video images. The image on each monitor is the shape of the assigned symbol. Only the end of the piece gives a full image, which is the photo of the Matias Rust s Piper after having landed on Moscow Red Square. 2. Monitor (-): Fragments of Rosenfeld s performances 3.
