Return of the Real

Return to the Real, a three minute experimental short addressing and manipulating the footage from the first days of the World trade center bombings, a type of lyrical anti-protest song repeating thoughts of how we return to our everyday lives even inthe times of war. The title is taken from a talk by Jean Baudrillard where he speaks of how America in the 20th century experienced the Loss of hte Real and now in this new time, with the reality of a war on american soil, a return to the real has changed consciousness.
