Unbashed Heroics

A collage of vignettes on the senseless heroics of power, distorted in love and hatred. Images of cock fights and mass graves share the screen with heroic posturings and stereotypical cliches of Òthe joy of victory and the agony of defeat. All sounds ring false, altered; all faces made unreal through makeup and theatrics. Cities become cardboard sets - toys - destroyed on the chance whim of lottery.
