Produced for an exhibition of works about snow, this video by an anglophone living in Montreal meditates upon the combination of elements - meteorogical and emotional - that make a place home. Shot from the front window of Henrick s apartment over the course of a year, the fierceness of the weather, the chaos of inhabiting two languages, are always visible on the street.
