A documentation of the problems suffered by the residents of a large public housing block in London, England. After half the residents of the block had been moved out, in order to allow the building to be renovated, the remaining were told that the project was off, and they would have to stay. The tape shows the conditions they were forced to live in, and through interviewa, tenants tell their story.
